woodcarvers show this year on May 3rd &
4th 2008, at the Scottish Rite Masonic
Center, 6151 H Street, Sacramento, CA.
Dave Stetson will be judging the carving

HELLI MAYR IS COMING

This class will be held at Ken's shop on May 9-11,2008.
There is an opening for 10-12 people, cost is $200.00 +
blank. Project may be a relief with folds and wrinkles.

TRI-VALLEY WOODCARVERS 2008 SHOW

Our 2008 annual show will be held on September 20th-21st at the
Veterans Memorial Building in Pleasanton, CA. These will be the
same two days as the annual Heritage Festival held in downtown
Pleasanton. Our show is a California Carvers Guild judged show. The
times and directions will be posted later.

FAREWELL TO RENEE' & JANET
It was wonderful to see to many
club members say "Good Luck" to
Janet and Renee' Janet is moving
to Arizona and Renee is moving to
the San Diego area. We had good
company, good food and cake too!

We will miss Janet and Renee' very
much, but look forward to their
return for the up coming carver's
shows.
